We have received notice today from one of our suppliers that they are receiving orders well above their planned volumes. Due to this, it is delaying their ability to get orders out as quickly as usual.
They are currently quoting a 2 working day pick time, meaning orders we place with them today (Wednesday 25th November) will be received at DTGUK on Friday 27th November and then need at least 1 working day to pick, print and despatch.
Please factor this in when quoting your customer’s delivery timeframes.
