Brexit Transition Update (29.12.20)

With the end of the brexit transition on the 31st December 2020 there are some changes to the way products will enter the EU from here in the UK, whilst the deal is still being finalised we understand that VAT will be levied at the border and we have the option with our carriers to either Pre-Pay the VAT or send them unpaid and let the end customer pay the VAT and any associated charges. The pre-pay option is the most frictionless for your end customer but it does add some complications for us as your dropship provider. We are working with our providers now to work out any issues but they have advised to expect border delays.

We are currently holding any EU orders in the system until Monday 4th January to avoid the risk of orders crossing the border after Brexit without the correct paperwork.

If you have any questions and want to discuss your specific VAT requirements don’t hesitate to email us on
