We are currently working on a production backlog of approx 5 working days, with this in mind we want to update with some suggestions for ensuring everything arrives in time for Xmas.
For anyone using Standard Royal Mail 48 / Second Class we recommend switching to a faster service for all orders placed between now and Christmas.
For anyone using Standard Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class we are hearing from customers that there are delays on this service, where possible we would suggest moving your orders to either Tracked 48/24 or DPD if you want in-post tracking.
Last orders for the 1st Class service is 9am Friday, we will do everything we can to get these orders in the post before the last-post deadline, where there are stock issues we will let you know ASAP.
