From 1st Feb we will be switching our international tracked Mail service to Deutsche Post. With this move we are expecting an improvement in processing times, and the speed at which items arrive to their destination countries. There is no change required to you on the mapping of your postal products, however there are some changes to the rates so you just need to make sure that those prices are updated in your retail systems.
Due to continued uncertainty around the world, and a drop in flights Hoodies and other heavy/bulky items are bearing the burden price rises, particularly to USA an Australia. We are hoping to offer some alternative options soon.
Our move to Deutsche Post has also allowed us to now offer an Untracked international solution, Untracked mail does provide a significant saving to some destinations, however as the service untracked we are unable to provide any delivery updates/confirmation, and items sent are not covered by insurance.
