Adjustment to 1st and 2nd Class Post Prices
You may be aware that Royal Mail has once again increased its prices for the 1st and 2nd class post, marking the third increase in 18 months. While we typically endeavour to absorb such increases, the recurrent nature of these adjustments necessitates a modest increase in our 1st and 2nd class post prices.
Enhanced Affordability for Tracked Services
We are pleased to observe that many of our customers are discovering the numerous benefits of our Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services, which offer comprehensive end-to-end tracking, predicted delivery times, and photo confirmation. To encourage further utilisation of these robust services, we have reduced the prices, making them a notably cost-effective alternative to traditional 1st and 2nd class services. Notably, items sent via Tracked 48 often arrive in a comparable timeframe to those sent via a 1st class service.
International Shipping Tariff Update
We have also observed a gradual increase in international shipping prices this year and have updated our tariffs to reflect this. Rest assured, we are actively exploring alternative routing options for key destinations, such as the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, and will keep you informed of developments in this area.
