Cancellation of an order may be possible if the order has not yet entered production. However, a restocking fee may apply depending on the stage of production, all cancellations are done at our discretion.

If items have already been printed, cancellation is not possible. In the case of an order with multiple items, please note that some items may be printed before others. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, only unprinted items will be eligible for cancellation according to our cancellation policy.

However, we do offer the following options:

Change of shipping address: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the shipping address, although we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible.

Hold at our warehouse: If you need to delay the delivery of your order, we can hold your items at our warehouse for later collection or delivery. Please contact us to make arrangements.
