For ease when submitting orders daily we use a credit based system for all of our payments. You can either pay as you go on a per order basis or load up your account with credit which we will automatically charge when you submit orders into production.

In the event that we make a mistake and need to credit an order we will add the credit onto your account to be used against future orders

Credit Refunds

We always recommend only loading your account with what you need to fulfill current orders, however if you are in a situation where you want your account credit refunded back to your card we can do this, due to the costs of processing payments and refunds we retain a 5% fee or £5, whichever is higher.
