Many of our our catalogue items are ordered on demand and usually arrive the next day, However, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. Here’s what you need to know about our out of stock items policy:
Notification: We aim to notify customers within 24 hours of a stock shortage. However, there may be occasions where we have ordered from our supplier in good faith and later find out that the item is out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify customers of the expected re-stock date as soon as possible.
Options for Customers: In the event that an item is out of stock, customers will have the option to either wait for the item to be restocked or choose a different color or garment as a replacement. If the customer chooses to wait for the item to be restocked, we will keep them informed of the expected delivery date.
Multiple Item Orders: If an order contains multiple items and one or more of them are out of stock, we will process the remaining items as usual whilst we wait for confirmation from you about the out of stock item, if you choose to cancel the out of stock item the other items will be ready to ship as soon as possible. Customers will be notified of any changes to their order as soon as possible.
